ACPE Board opens search for Interim Executive Director

The ACPE Board has authorized a search for an Interim Executive Director who will serve during the next phase of ACPE's leadership transition. The Board believes this approach will provide additional leadership capacity, organizational continuity, and focused support for ACPE's ongoing work while ensuring that the association remains well positioned to serve its members and advance its mission. This appointment is intended to be temporary, providing stable executive leadership during a period of transition and preparation for the future.

To guide this effort, the Board has established an Interim Executive Director Search Committee and adopted an Interim Executive Director Profile that describes the responsibilities, priorities, and qualifications sought in a candidate. We wish to thank Katherine Higgins (Chair), Jonathan Ball, Robin Franklin, and Jeffrey Holman for serving ACPE in this way. We encourage members to review the attached profile and, where appropriate, share it with individuals whose leadership experience, availability, and commitment to service may help guide ACPE during this important season.

The Board has charged the Search Committee with moving promptly while exercising thoughtful judgment and discernment. We recognize the importance of filling this role in a timely manner and are committed to conducting an efficient process that enables ACPE to maintain momentum and organizational stability while identifying a highly qualified interim leader.
