The Evaluation Hub is now live and functional. You can access it at https://acpeapps.crm.dynamics.com/.

Please note, we are aware of the continuing registration issues for Level 2F CPE units and are working to resolve this issue.

If you continue to run into issues accessing the Evaluation Hub, try these quick steps:

Seeing multiple login prompts? 

• Sign out of all Microsoft accounts, close your browser, then sign back in. Make sure cookies are allowed for Microsoft sites.

Having trouble accessing your dashboard after login? 

• Ensure you are using the updated hyperlink above. After logging in, press and hold the Control (Ctrl) button down while also clicking the upper left refresh icon in the browser toolbar.

Something not working as expected?

• Refresh the page or try a different browser. If the issue continues, take a screenshot and send it to us so we can troubleshoot.

Missing Registrations or Enrollments?

• During the database transition, some reconfigurations were necessary and it is possible that some requests for unit registrations did not go through if they were submitted during downtime. We are working to resubmit those on your behalf.

What about IIF (Specialization) Units?

• At present it is not possible to register IIF Units through Evaluation Hub. Please stay tuned for more on this functionality.
