Notice: System Maintenance
ACPE will be launching a new database system on June 25. In preparation for this transition, the ACPE member portal is currently under construction.
The Evaluation Hub is currently shut down. SharePoint remains open and functional.
After our new system launches, we will be in touch with valuable how-tos and information on how to use the new portal. Please stay tuned.
What's Affected:
Evaluation Hub
Members will not be able to access the Evaluation Hub to create, edit, or view evaluations. The Accreditation limit of 21 calendar days will be extended by the length of the downtime. Data will be saved, and will be accessible once the system is back up on June 25th.
Event registration and online services
Registration for events and access to all other member portal services will be suspended.
Giving
Our donation platform will be offline until our new database system launches. Recurring donors will be transitioned to our new platform.
Payments
Online payment processing will be unavailable. Any outstanding dues or fees should be settled prior to June 15 to avoid delays or disruption.
Student Unit Registration
Members will not be able to register student units or obtain transcripts through the portal during the maintenance window.
