UC Health is looking for a Chaplain Resident to join our team.

This is a hybrid CPE Residency: clinical hours at UC Medical Center, with CPE education at ACPE-accredited Cincinnati Children's Hospital. The Resident serves as a supervised member of the Spiritual Care team, providing spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff, with a focus on Palliative Care.

Responsibilities include facilitating rituals and spiritual practices, supporting staff care, participating in individual and group supervision, and developing learning goals aligned with ACPE Level I and Level II CPE outcomes.

Requirements: Master of Divinity or equivalent theological graduate degree (CHEA-accredited institution); one unit of ACPE-accredited CPE completed; ordained/endorsed/recognized in good standing within a faith tradition; enrollment in an affiliated CPE program required.
