REGISTRATION, ADMISSION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference Registration

All attendees must register online through the ACPE website.  Payment must be rendered at time of registration. Registrations cannot be accepted by phone. The last date to pre-register is April 27, 2025.  Registration will not be accessible online after April 27th.  All registrations after April 27th will be done on-site, access to specific sessions cannot be guaranteed for on-site registrations.                              

General Admission registration includes all educational sessions and meal events.  No ticket purchase required. Register early as some sessions may have limited space; registrations are entered in the order they are received and availability cannot be guaranteed. 

Confirmation Notice

All attendees will automatically receive a confirmation notice upon payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice, first please check your spam folders.  If the confirmation is not found, please email us at events@acpe.edu for assistance. If you do not receive that confirmation, and do not follow up with the ACPE office, we cannot guarantee the early registration rates nor availability of registration/seats to your preferred selections.

Admission

Only registered individuals having a name badge may attend educational sessions.   Wearing of name badges to access and during all ACPE sessions is required and will be strictly enforced.

Guests

There are two options available for the guest(s) of a paid registrant: a general admission registration may be purchased for anyone over 18 at guest rate(s), or al a carte tickets to special events regardless of age.        

Photo/Digital Image Policy

When you register to attend an ACPE event or program, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording(s) may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by ACPE and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar ACPE events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of ACPE. You release ACPE, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

By registering for / attending the event, you waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by ACPE or the person or entity designated to do so by ACPE.

Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission from ACPE.            

Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other projection are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph, or share any such photographs or documents that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.                

Accessibility Restrictions

ACPE partners with ADA compliant host sites for all events. When you secure your lodging at the host hotel, please inform the reservationist. Also, please inform ACPE by answering all registration questions and/or by email to events@acpe.edu if you have accessibility restrictions impacting your program participation. Upon receiving notification from you, ACPE will make every reasonable effort to ensure your comfort and participation in programming.             

Cancellation

Attendees may self-cancel their registration online.  The last day to cancel online and receive a full refund of registration costs is February 2, 2025. Between February 3 and April 27, cancelation requests must be received in writing and emailed to events@acpe.edu.  Attendee cancellations received between February 3 - April 27, are eligible to receive a refund of registration fees minus an $80 service fee. Cancelations received after April 27th and are not eligible to receive a refund, however, the courtesy of your notice is appreciated.

It is the responsibility of the registrant to read all of the registration information, policies, and forms thoroughly prior to submitting. ACPE cannot provide refunds in response to errors on the part of the registrant.

ACPE reserves the right to cancel any conference or session, as deemed unavoidable and necessary. In such situation, ACPE will refund to the payee all registration fees it has received on your behalf for the cancelled function. The ACPE will have no further obligation to you or the payee of your attendance, for claims of other direct, indirect, special, or consequential loss or damages of any kind.
