Conference Registration Fees
Members of the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education receive discounted registration fees.

- Full registration includes all workshops, lunches, and snacks on Friday and Saturday.
- Day Pass includes sessions, lunch and snacks on one day.
- Streaming Pass includes online access only to workshops assigned as "hybrid" in the schedule.
- CE Video Library Pass offers 15 NBCC CE hours available for 1 year!
Sunday Breakfast and CE is not included with any package but can be added to any registration type.
- Early Bird Registration offers discounted rates until
August 31st!NOW EXTENDED TO SEPTEMBER 15TH! - Regular registration rates will continue from September 15th - 29th.
- On-site registration will be available on October 11 & 12, 2024.

Cancellations and Refunds
The last day to cancel a registration is September 22, 2024.
Cancellations must be received by email to Terry.Izaguirre@acpe.edu and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
After September 22, no refund is available, but the
courtesy of your notice is greatly appreciated.
