Supervisor of Pastoral Education

Responsibilities:

• Assists the Director of Pastoral Care and the CPE Manager in the operation of the Clinical Pastoral Education Program. 
• Responsible for direct oversight of the Chaplain Residents and is responsible for educational supervision and immediate individual supervision to the CPE students. 
• Coordinate accreditation processes, including oversight of the Professional Advisory Group.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of Pastoral Care and 3 years as an ACPE Certified Educator. Board Certification required. 
• Master's degree from an accredited school in Theology or related field required.
