GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement, unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world. While GivingTuesday happens every Tuesday, the annual celebration of generosity will happen on November 29, 2022.

GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past 10 years, this idea has become a year-round global movement that inspires millions to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

Here are just a few programs your Giving Tuesday gifts have supported over the years:

  • Through the Foundation for ACPE Boisen Scholars Program, you provided financial support for 50 students from diverse cultural backgrounds to attend the ACPE Annual Conference and pursue continuing education in spiritual care.
  • You helped to launch the inaugural spiritually integrated psychotherapy (SIP) training program, which has also been translated into Korean, and used to help mental health professionals work with marginalized communities in various contexts.
  • You have expanded spiritual care education to individuals serving those often overlooked: elders in a Jewish senior care facility, prisoners in Connecticut and Minnesota, isolated Spanish-speaking communities, and most recently, among indigent citizens in Chicago and St. Louis.
  • And thanks to you, CPE is being offered in Malaysia for the first time.

ACPE needs your help to exceed our giving goal of $10,000! Can we do it? Yes, we can!
