In this gathering, Ayo will share practices that incorporate the Four Heavenly Abodes (lovingkindness, compassion, equanimity, and sympathetic joy) and the Eightfold Path for preparing ourselves daily for a life of service for the difficult times and difficult people ahead.
Pamela Ayo Yetunde, J.D., M.A., Th.D. is a pastoral counselor in private practice. She received meditation leader training from Spirit Rock Meditation Center. Ayo's chaplaincy training was with the Sati Center for Buddhist Studies, Sojourn Chaplaincy at San Francisco General Hospital, and CPE at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center. Ayo is the author of Casting Indra's Net: Fostering Spiritual Kinship and Community.
