Pamela Ayo Yetunde is a pastoral counselor in Chicago, IL, author of Object Relations, Buddhism, and Relationality in Womanist Practical Theology and co-editor of Black and Buddhist: What Buddhism Can Teach Us about Race, Resilience, Transformation & Freedom. Combined, Russell and Ayo have 45 years of experience as counselors.

  • Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy Training

    Online led by Roosevelt Brown and Doug Thorpe. Begins March 18, Ends April 22. Roosevelt Brown is the Chief Chaplain at the Hampton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. He provides pastoral counseling to veterans and their families in the Family Support Program and he works part-time at the Peninsula Pastoral Counseling Center. Roosevelt is a LMFT who has 25 years of experience integrating spirituality and religion into his clinical practice. Doug Thorpe is Executive Director of the Virginia Institute of Pastoral Care and a Licensed Professional Counselor. He is excited to be offering this training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy to therapists of diverse backgrounds and theoretical orientations.

Registrants for ACPE SIP trainings may cancel their registration up to 24 hours before the training begins and receive a 75% refund. The request for registrant refund will be approved by the SIP trainer.
